with over four decades of multidisciplinary experience across the private

operations, project management, commercial negotiations, contracts
administration, claims management, and alternative dispute resolution
(ADR).
He possesses extensive expertise in the planning, design, construction, operation, and management of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects, including building fit-out, finishing works, manufacturing facilities, fire-rated systems, and oil and gas operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex projects, international partnership agreements, operational facilities, and business transformation initiatives.
Recognized for his integrity, professionalism, and practical commercial insight, Abduljabbar brings a unique combination of engineering, legal, contractual, and dispute resolution expertise, enabling him to effectively support organizations in project delivery, contract administration, claims management, leadership development, and the resolution of complex commercial, oil & gas, and construction disputes.
In addition to his engineering and operational background, Abduljabbar has developed significant specialization in construction law, contract management, delay and quantum analysis, commercial dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, and expert determination. He regularly advises on FIDIC, JCT, NEC, EPC, and other forms of construction and commercial contracts, providing strategic guidance on claims, disputes, negotiations, and litigation support. Academically, he combines technical and legal qualifications, holding
degrees in Petroleum Engineering, Civil Engineering, International
Business Law, Oil and Gas Law, and Construction Law and Arbitration,
while currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD). He is an accredited
engineering expert registered with the Ministry of Justice and Qatari
Courts, a Fellow and certified arbitrator with leading international
arbitration institutions, and an accredited mediator with recognized ADR
organizations.
